About Us

Huntingdon Gardens was acquired in 1970 by the Moschella family (now known as Moss Care and Associates Group), when it was only a 55 bed High Care facility. Since then, it has undergone a number of refurbishments and renovations, with the latest in 2015, when we added a new premium wing to complement our existing facilities.

Today, Huntingdon Gardens is a welcoming and modern facility with capacity for 171 beds of residential living. With over 45 years of aged care experience, we bring unwavering committment and steadfast support to our residents and their families. Our biggest focus is to maintain the wellbeing and independence of each individual, which is why we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and care in a comfortable, friendly and well-appointed environment.

Located in the heart of Bexley, we are conveniently within short walking distance to Rockdale Station, and only a 5 minute drive to Rockdale Plaza Shopping Centre and the beautiful Brighton-Le-Sands promenade (Brighton Beach).

A message from our CEO, Frank Moschella

"We established the Moss Care & Associates Group in 1968 and have been servicing the age care sector ever since. We currently own and operate 2 aged care facilities in the St George region, offering over 250 beds and employing over 150 staff.

Right from the beginning, our vision was always focused on ensuring that every resident continues to enjoy a fulfilling life surrounded by a warm and friendly environment and supported by the highest level of care and assistance. And we believe that Huntingdon Gardens is a great example of this.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to come and visit where one of our friendly staff member will be happy to take you on a tour and provide you with all the information you may require to place your loved one into our beautiful facility."

A message from our Director, Feng Chen

"Hello and thank you for your interest in Huntingdon Gardens. My name is Feng Chen and I have been the Director of Nursing at Huntingdon Gardens for 11 years. I first joined the Huntingdon team in 2001 as a Registered Nurse, before being promoted to Director in 2002.

During my time as Director, I have seen Huntingdon grow from a 55 bed high care facility to the 171 bed modern facility that it is today. I believe that successful nursing care requires a hands-on approach, and I always maintain an active interest in both the medical needs and emotional welfare of my residents.

I welcome you to visit our facility, appreciate its wonderful environment and meet our dedicated staff who endeavour to deliver the highest quality of care every day."
